The Ranch is situated in the settlement Svarín, local part Kráľova Lehota which was founded in the 14th century. This local part is the gate to Svarín valley, the longest valley of Low Tatras (35 km). Čierny (Black) Váh is flowing in the valley. It springs under Kráľova hoľa (1946 m above sea level). The settlement is known for the highest repumping water electrical plant in Slovakia. Svarín valley along with its side valleys is the part of the Low Tatras National Park. For its esthetic value and wide availability of sports and cultural activities it is visited by tourists who want to relax actively in the mountains.
